What is the Bacon 5K Challenge presented by Toyota?
The 3rd annual Bacon 5K Challenge, presented by Toyota — which includes a half-pound bacon-eating challenge at the race’s halfway point as well as a celebratory piece of chocolate-covered bacon at the race’s conclusion — will make its return to Coca-Cola Park on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 9 a.m. Nearly 1,000 runners (and eaters) have completed the challenge during the two-year history of this event. This year’s race is just $39 per registrant – a $6 savings off the 2015 price.

How much does it cost to participate and what do I receive?
This year’s race is just $39 per registrant – a $6 savings off the 2015 price. For participants not wishing to participate in the bacon challenge portion, entry is just $34 and includes all of the other race day offerings, except the half-pound of bacon during the race.
How do I receive a commemorative Dri-tech t-shirt?
Order today as Dri-tech t-shirts are guaranteed for all registrations that occur by Friday, August 19 at 11:59 p.m.
What if I don’t eat bacon?

Registration will end on Friday, Sept. 16.
When will pre-race packet pickup take place?

⦁ Friday, Sept. 16: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
⦁ Saturday, Sept. 17: 7:30 a.m. (race begins at 9 a.m.)
Pick-up will take place at the Majestic Clubhouse Store at Coca-Cola Park. Please print the Release of Liability form and turn it in when you pick up your race packet.
Are there prizes?
Yes, there will also be prizes for overall male and female winners who successfully complete the Bacon Challenge. Non-bacon challengers will be ineligible for these overall prizes.
